Return Period

When returning an item it must be received by F3P COSMETICS in 7 days of the date that the order was placed. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. The ultimate goal is achieving customer satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our companies standards & quality of goods and service! We will do our absolute best to take care of any situation that may arise with integrity, honesty, and fairness with hoping that in return we will be treated the same. 

Return Eligibility

There is a strict “NO REFUND” policy due to sanitary and hygienic reasons for used and opened products. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made! The Cosmetic industry and Makeup production companies consider makeup products sanitary and hygienic products. Dealing with make up vendors/suppliers, this rule is standard across the board! On each make up item a security seal will be on the opening, if damaged or not intact the refund will be denied. Again, each case is different if you are not satisfied contact us immediately so we can assist you further. ** Foundation incorrect shade match has an exception but within 24 - 48hrs of delivery.**

Return Labeling&packaging

With any approved returns, we do NOT supply return labels, except reused envelopes or return packaging. If the item(s)are shipped back like this it WILL BE returned back to sender. You ARE responsible for paying for shipping. You will NOT be refunded the original shipping price if the product(s) were already shipped!!!We suggest adding tracking because F3P COSMETICS will NOT be responsible for any lost packages. If sending internationally write on package “Return is approved” if not the package will be sent back to you!

PreOrder Items

By purchasing any preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:  A preorder item is not currently in stock and is being manufactured, often overseas. These items will not ship immediately and may take additional time to arrive, especially during holidays, peak seasons, or due to manufacturer delays. Preorder shipping dates are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production, customs, or carrier issues. By placing a preorder, you agree to wait for the item to be fulfilled.Preorder purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE in cash. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit only. Cash refunds will only be considered in special circumstances, at MY sole discretion. If a cash refund is approved, a 30% restocking fee per order will be deducted (not just for pre orders but ALL orders). NO EXCEPTIONS. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this preorder policy.

Final Sale Items: 

Foundation, Concealer, Bronzers, Highlighters, Blush Palettes, Eyeshadow Palettes, Powders pressed or loose, Brow pencils, Lip liner pencils, lash glue, Lashes, eye primers, Matte Liquid lipstick, Lip Gloss & Lip oils, etc are final sale.

Free/ promotional items

If an item was offered as a free gift or as a promotional item (example: Suckulent Lip Oil) and the original item is being returned, exchanged etc, the free/promotional item(s) must be returned unused and in its original state. If not, you will be charged full price of item from your refunded amount.

All items returned will be examined to ensure the item(s) are in their original  state. Not by just one inspector, but two, it will be an unanimous decision so there is NEVER any basis. Any sign of  continuous wear, tags ripped, product wore down will result in you not qualifying for a return, refund or exchange! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Here at F3P COSMETICS , we know Returns are super important to customers to ensure an amazing, pleasant shopping experience. As mentioned above, each case will be handled on an individual basis. Any customer that starts a habitual return or exchange ordeal will be banded or restricted from future transactions.

Quality issues

Lastly, if quality issues were to arise please contact us at f3pcosmetics@gmail.com during business hours of 10am-5pm EST. makeup should be in its original state and packaging to be inspected to determine if its a factory quality defect issue or mishandling by customer. If cometic is NOT in its ORIGINAL STATE AND PACKAGING then it will NOT be replaced or refunded!
